This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our customer services team as a Customer Recovery Co-ordinator. The main purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with all areas of the business and partners to investigate complaints, seek a positive solution for the customer and the business, promote continuous improvement and the vision and values of Thirteen.

**The Person**:
The successful applicant will work as a professional and positive role model for all staff within the Group, demonstrating a can-do attitude. You will assist the Customer Recovery Team Leader maintaining the quality of service delivery through constant monitoring and performance management, suggesting appropriate actions to address weak areas of performance within own team or the wider directorates as and when appropriate.

You will be required to resolve complaint investigations within set timescales, from both within and external to the organisation, with the ability to confidently challenge and resolve difficult issues with a satisfactory outcome.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can bring a high performing, innovative and forward-thinking approach who can work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
