**The purpose of this role will be to provide end-to-end administration support for my clients busy and fast paced joinery team.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Answering incoming calls to the department and dealing with customer requirements**

**Processing Customer orders on the Company software system**

**Invoice and pro-forma production**

**Compliance/accreditation management**

**Assisting with tendering**

**Assisting with health and Safety**

**Stock ordering**

**Electronic stock control**

**Liaison with other Company departments**

**Data Input**

**Electronic and manual filing**

**General administration duties**

**Communication with suppliers and clients (both verbal and in written form)**

**Liaison with logistics suppliers**

**Experience and Attributes**:
**Excellent organisational skills**

**Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, pressurised administration management role**
