_An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our accommodation services in Eastbourne._

Our specialist services provide self-contained housing and 24 hour support to vulnerable young adults. We provide support for individuals leaving psychiatric services - where they may have been for an extended period of time. Our service provides person centered support and recovery plans to prevent readmission and an environment of continuous support and encouragement. We work with a wide range of diagnosis, including Autism, EUPD, Anorexia, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. So our staff need to be flexible and adaptable with the optimistic approach that is a hallmark of our service.

Our mental health support workers play a pivotal role in individual recovery, acting as a linchpin for wider services including lead practitioners, social workers and housing providers. You will also have access to support and guidance from an experienced management team and clinical workshops and referrals with our clinical psychologist and behaviour analyst.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of different people, developing a good rapport and building trust.
- Familiarity with report writing; care plans or risk assessments
- Patience and empathy.

We operate full time contracts with staff usually working on a rolling rota with early and late shifts.
