Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to provide high-quality support to children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Mental Health Support Professional, you will work closely with therapists to develop and implement personalized plans to improve the social, emotional, and mental well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide high-quality support to children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.
  2. To work collaboratively with therapists to develop and implement individualized plans.
  3. To contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (psychology or related field) is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
