Job Introduction**We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.**
We are looking to recruit a HR Retention Administrator on a 3 month FTC basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to start a career in HR. We need a strong, confident administrator to work with the HR Manager to contribute to understanding how we can retain our valued employees at Eden Futures.
The role will be based from our head office in Newark with the flexibility for home working.

- Administration experience and a continued interest in HR
- Good Excel skills to take data/information from systems
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office
