We are actively recruiting an HR and Payroll Administrator to join our client’s HR/finance team due to a recent internal promotion.
**As the HR and Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Supporting the HR Team with HR administration with full employee lifecycle. E.g., processing and onboarding new starters, obtaining right to work & employment references, managing absence for file & holidays, processing leavers for HR files.
- Assist with employee benefits, birthday cards and long service awards.
- Providing assistance & support for meeting rooms & catering & events bookings.
- Help support the HR function to maintain HR data / records in an organised format. Incl time & attendance system and archiving files.
- Always maintaining confidentiality and principles of data protection.
- Support on travel and hotel bookings for the company & assisting the HR Advisor with managing the travel requests inbox.
- Payroll up to 150 employees on a monthly basis
- Prepare input to the payroll software from time and attendance systems.
- Processing of weekly timesheets for payroll preparation.
- Submit RTI information to HMRC and issue payslips to employees.
- Pass details of payment of payroll, pension contributions, local authority deductions etc
- Help support the administration of company benefits, including, PMI, other flexible benefits.
- Prepare annual P11d summaries for approval by the Financial Controller and submit to HMRC in a timely manner.
- Respond to payroll queries
**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
