We have an exciting opportunity within our People Success Team for a HR Administrator to join us. This role will suit an experienced HR Administrator or someone who is looking for their first step into the world of HR, as you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR-related activities.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing day to day HR support on a variety of people-related administration, systems and initiatives.
- Owning the new starter on-boarding process, including issuing new starter packs, and arranging and conducting inductions.
- Generating reports, such as monthly attendance figures and evaluation reports, for stakeholders when required.
- Updating employee records on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responding to HR queries in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Assisting the HR Team with general ad-hoc tasks.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience working as part of a team and a track record of using your own initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to prioritise your workload and take a proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Professional, helpful and confident approach.
