HR Support Administrator
Permanent - Full Time
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch
**Salary**: £23,000+ dependent upon experience and commitment to a CIPD Level qualification
Start Date: ASAP
Working in the HR team, you will be responsible for contributing towards the effective running of the HR day to day function, by providing first class administrative support to the team and the wider company in a fast-paced environment.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and interact competently at all levels within the organisation. You will have excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy. You will demonstrate that you are a proactive team player, both within the department and across the organisation.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Updating and maintaining the HR records
- Forwarding queries received into the HR Inbox to relevant team members
- Ensuring that all electronic/ paper files are fully maintained and completed in a timely manner
- Maintaining confidentiality of information relating to the Company and its employees, whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Assisting with the on-boarding and preparation for new starters
- Diary Management
- Employee Management - Preparation and management of various employee related forms, i.e. staff promotions, probationary reviews and personal development reviews.
- Adhoc Duties - Various data input tasks, ex-employee reference letters, general administration tasks
Full training will be given where required.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Discretion in the handling of confidential information
- Excellent telephone/ communication skills
- A full Driving Licence would be beneficial
- Experience of MS Office - in particular Word and Excel
- Professional approach
- Good attention to detail
