**Position Overview**:
As a Group Executive Assistant at Malhotra Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communication, and administrative tasks for our Directors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive success and innovation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the calendars and schedules for Directors, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as needed.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, expense management, and file organisation.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organisation.
Please be advised that this position is exclusively based at the Head Office on a full-time basis; hybrid and remote working arrangements are not applicable to this role.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leadership.
