Job Summary:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for our executives. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, making travel and booking arrangements, and assisting with financial tasks. You will be the right hand to our executives, helping them to maximize their productivity and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Booking and Reservations**: Handle bookings for various needs such as restaurants, conference rooms, and special events.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with document preparation, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- **Expense Management**: Track and report on expenses, process reimbursements, and manage budgets.
- **Accountancy Support**: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Special Projects**: Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by executives.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role with elements of accounting.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks ).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
