**About You**

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations? If so, we want you We're looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Customer Service Agent to join a growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough investigations to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, building rapport and trust to ensure their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and SLAs consistently, prioritizing timely and accurate responses.
- Proactively escalate complex issues and inquiries, while keeping customers informed throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate with internal teams when required to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The working hours for this position is 10am-7pm, may include weekend shifts.
