The Clinical Guidelines and Documents Library is a SharePoint project making it easier for clinical staff to find the information they need to deliver Safe, Personal and Effective care to patients. The administrator will work as part of a small team creating, updating and archiving of documents within the library. Also they will chase up any missing information or expired documents with the relevant authors.

We are looking for a person who has good experience of using SharePoint to manage documents. You'll be able to manage a busy workload and work in a methodical manner adding, updating and archiving documents. You'll be working as part of a small team meeting in person and over Teams.

1. Form effective working relationships with the teams and departments involved in setting up the Clinical Guidelines and Document (CGD) Library.
2. Maintain the day to day running of the CGD Library.
3.Monitor the CGD Library inbox and answer queries related to the Library
4.Upload documents and catalogue them on Sharepoint
5.Check new document submissions on Sharepoint and update records.
6.Archive old documents and chase up expiring documents.
7.Arrange and attend meetings related to the CGD Library.
