**An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with the Reducing Restrictive Practices team within LSCFT.**

Working within the team you will deliver the trust Positive and Safe training programme whist promoting least restrictive practices across Lancashire and South Cumbria. A critical element of the role will be the ability to teach the principles of least restrictive practice as well as supporting clinical teams to implement RRP principles into day to day practice.

You will join a team of dedicated Reducing Restrictive Practices Nurses to support the trust ensuring that mandatory training for reducing restrictive practices meets best practice guidelines and national standards to make our environments safer for staff and service users.

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with a background of teaching and mentoring others who have a keen interest in the Reducing Restrictive Practice and to join the team on a permanent, full-time.
