**Senior HR Administrator **We are looking for a** Senior HR Administrator** for one of the leading Mechanical and Electrical Companies in the UK. The role will be based form their site in Bristol**.**Responsibilities will include:

- On-boarding of new starters
- Updating employment records on their HR system with any contractual changes and sending out communications to our employees.
- Act as a first point of contact to offer advice to colleagues and line managers in connection with HR related queries, responding in a professional secure and efficient manner.
- Administration support within other areas of the wider HR team including employee benefits.
- Managing the generation and distribution of HR reports for the business.
- Line management responsibility for other member of the administration team.
- Providing tenancy and mortgage references as well as dealing with requests for copies of contacts of employment.

Experience needed for the role
- Previous experience of leading and managing an administration function. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office, experience in carrying out mail merges, pivot tables, Forms.
