**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**German speaking HR Administrator**
**Location: Bristol, Avon (Hybrid working)**
**Salary: around £27,000pa + benefits and flexible working options**

**Main duties**:
To support with HR administration duties related to Payroll.

**The Role**:

- Dealing with HR related issues
- Processing new colleagues procedures in the HR system
- Processing monthly payrolls
- Managing on boarding process in line with legal requirements
- Managing administrative documentation for leavers
- Controlling and monitoring sickness, leave and holidays in the internal system
- Giving weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR Manager

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Fluent in German (written and spoken)**:

- Previous experience processing payroll desirable
- IT literate, MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner and customer handling

**SALARY**

Around £27,000 pa + benefits and flexible working options
