Job Overview:
The Facilities Co-Ordinator will carry out general support for the Facilities Team. The individual will be a key contact for the client’s departmental stakeholders across the business and will be expected to develop a proactive professional working relationship, raising the standards and profile of the Facilities team, and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and recorded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and be responsive to their needs.
- Proactively walk around site and report any faults and hazards.
- Carryout regular fabric and cleanliness audits to ensure show site standard.
- Supporting our client in relation to minor moves/relocations, meeting room organisation / set ups
- Act as client key contact for site
- Visitor Management - e.g. greeting and booking in visitors
- IT Equipment control - returns & stock management, checking meeting room equipment works.
- Stationary control/ordering
- Hospitality - Arranging and collecting food and beverages for pre-arranged functions /events / meetings etc.
- Coffee Machine support ensuring sufficient commodities are always available.
- Post Collection & dissemination.
- Point of Contact for site service partners.
- Car parking Permit administration, distribution reporting and escalation when required.
- Access Control management and pass issue.

Any other reasonable management/client requests.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Self-motivated with dynamic approach
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Good Verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong understanding of QHSE competence and compliance
- Good IT skills, use of hardware (mobiles/ tablets) with knowledge of Outlook, word and Excel.

Working Hours - 10.00 - 14.00

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
