The Facility Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility, including the coordination of all activities with the Operations Manager and Facilities Manager. The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, customer relations, and assisting in the coordination of our maintenance and utilities services. The Facility Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe facility at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate activities with the Operations Manager and Facilities Manager.
- Schedule maintenance activities for our facility.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance services.
- Ensure that all utilities are properly functioning at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their account status.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by operations manager or facilities manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions that benefit the company and customers.
