The Role
This role will report directly to the Operations Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Investor Reporting: Prepare engaging and insightful bi-annual investor reports that highlight the performance and progress of our portfolio companies. Collaborate with the investment team to gather relevant data and translate it into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Investor & Founder Newsletters: Craft monthly investor e-newsletters that provide valuable information on industry trends, market analysis, and updates on portfolio companies. Research and curate relevant content to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop compelling narratives that align with our firm's investment philosophy and brand identity.
- Operational duties: General administrative duties including data entry and data gathering, supporting the Operations Manager where required.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate closely with the investment team and business development team to ensure accurate and timely content delivery. Seek feedback and incorporate suggestions to continuously improve the quality and impact of our communications.
- Branding and Tone: Maintain consistency in the firm's brand voice and tone across all written materials. Ensure that our messaging reflects our values, positioning, and key differentiators.
Hybrid Role
This will be a hybrid role with the expectation to attend the London office once a week. Office address: 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC3V 9DF
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Communications Administrator, preferably in the finance, venture capital, or related industries.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to gather and interpret data.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
- High proficiency in writing and editing, with a demonstrated ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using content management systems, social media platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Utilise AI tools to streamline content writing process and improve overall quality of work.
