Administrative Professional for Community Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in providing exceptional community care services. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
About UsWe are a well-established training practice located in a purpose-built premises, committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Our team comprises GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, administrative staff, and various other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Process patient administration tasks, including SNOMED coding and typing letters using Docman 10.
- Handle new patient registrations and deductions efficiently.
- Organize the practice mailboxes and process recall letters as required.
- Process referrals using the Electronic Referral System (ERS) and input data into patient records as necessary.
- Perform system searches and support clinicians and the Practice Manager with general administrative tasks.
- Must have experience working in a GP practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. We offer flexible working arrangements, home or remote working options, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
