Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at Portman Dental Care group. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced dental environment.
About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist and Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate patient records, manage appointment schedules, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients
- Manage appointment schedules, patient records, and other administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and patient care

Requirements
- Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
- Strong all-round Administration skills and experience
- A positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
