The Podiatry Service provides specialist care to a diverse group of patients with foot and lower limb problems within both a primary and secondary care setting. The experienced team of Podiatrists assess, diagnose and manage deformity or pathology of the foot within a broad range of specialised clinics

The service is looking for an enthusiastic person who has the skills to mange the running of the administration team with supervision of the receptionists. You will need to be a good communicator and team player within a large team of Podiatrists / Podiatry assistants and administrators.
- Communicate face to face and on the telephone with the general public and health care staff within and outside the service to for service delivery and to resolve problems.
- Be responsible for the daily administration of the computerised booking systems and able to resolve common problems. To assist other band 3 administrator in clinic maintenance
- Be able to problem solve issues relating to patient appointment and filing systems
