**Oyster Travel are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to support their busy sales team, based in Old Catton, Norwich.**

- **Travel Administration Consultant**_

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine relationship management and a desire to exceed customer needs.
- Preparing travel documentation.
- Completing holiday amendments, such as name changes, flight changes, re-booking of travel arrangements and so forth.
- Capture and record required client information.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- To ensure an excellent standard of customer service is always provided.
- Monitoring, collecting and processing payments.
- To ensure the company’s values are always demonstrated.
- Plus additional after sales duties deemed relevant to the role.

**Skills** **and** **Experience**:

- Experience of working within the Travel Industry would be beneficial, however not compulsory.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and committed approach.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook (CRM systems would be a bonus)
- A keen eye for detail and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Highly organised.
- Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
- A passion for travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
