What will you be responsible for?

In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating incoming inquiries and coordinating appointments for the New Business Team, with the primary goal of fostering organic property expansion. Emphasis will be placed on delivering exceptional service from the initial interaction with potential clients.

Your daily activities may include:

  • Serving as the initial contact for all inquiries and assessing their suitability for our offerings
  • Reaching out to qualified leads to arrange appointments for the New Business Team
  • Identifying and generating new leads through thorough research
  • Conducting income assessments for real estate agents and potential buyers of vacation rental properties
  • Maintaining the client database by updating existing records and managing unsuitable or outdated entries
  • Assisting prospective property owners with inquiries about our services or seeking guidance on holiday home rentals, including local knowledge
  • Scheduling appointments in the calendar, ensuring all relevant details are recorded in the standard format, including precise directions and travel times

What qualifications are we seeking?

  • Experience in sales via telephone
  • Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative while working independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the capacity to persuade
  • Proficiency in managing challenging conversations with clients and achieving favorable results
  • Capability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Competence in adhering to established processes efficiently
