**Meetings & Events Executive**:

- £25,000 per annum + great benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate **Meetings and Events Executive** to handle all enquiries and planning details for events hosted in the hotel. The **Meetings and Events Executive** should ensure all enquiries are efficiently dealt with and that all functions sheets are accurately prepared to ensure all clients recieve the highest level of customer service during their event.

**What will you be doing?**
- Dealing with all enquiries for Meetings & Events courteously and efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring that, when possible, the enquiry becomes a sale.
- To keep in close contact with all prospective Meeting & Events organisers, ensuring that all their requirements are accurately recorded using every opportunity to maximise sales.
- Liaising between the client and relevant departments in case of any queries.
- Control the cash flow by checking the deposit payments of allocated bookings and collect payments on time.
- Ensure follow up calls are made to all Meeting & Events organisers ensuring their requirements were satisfactorily dealt with and any complaints are brought to a speedy conclusion with the support of the manager.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
- Hotel events experience preferred.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate - Delphi/ONQ systems preferred.
