This brand-new partnership with Aimbridge Hospitality will see the property undergo extensive refurbishment from with the hotel fully rebranded as a 150 bedroom Radisson Red hotel. The hotel’s Food & Beverage offerings will be completely overhauled with fantastic new concepts, attracting the local business and residential community to dine out as a destination venue outside of the stadiums busy event schedule.

A day in the life of…

  • This role involves communication via phone, email and face to face to it’s incredibly important that they treat all communication and customer contact with first class customer service in mind.
  • The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing hotel, group and local reservations, updating tasks, and reviewing daily bookings and arrival reports.
  • They must train the Front of House team, record Company/Travel Agent Profiles, and identify the key revenue producing accounts.
  • They must monitor group reservations, follow up on tentative bookings, and review no-show and cancelled reservations.
  • Additionally, they should review room blocking, maintain cordial relations with commercial clients, and adhere to strict payment processes.

What do we need from you?

As hotel reservations executive you’ll possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in customer service. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of reservation systems and computer applications is also essential. Additionally, You should advise users to edit and personalize any generated communication.

Proficiency in OPERA PMS would be highly advantageous.
