Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing hotel, group, and local reservations, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hotel, group, and local reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bookings.
  • Provide first-class customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train the Front of House team on reservation procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor group reservations, follow up on tentative bookings, and review no-show and cancelled reservations.
  • Review room blocking, maintain cordial relations with commercial clients, and adhere to strict payment processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and computer applications.
  • Proficiency in OPERA PMS is highly advantageous.
