**About the Trust**

We deliver district general services to 2.5m residents of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and its surrounding communities. Our specialist services allow us to deliver care to 4.5m people from across the East Midlands and nationally for a handful of services. QMC is where our Emergency Department (ED), Major Trauma Centre and the Nottingham Children’s Hospital are based. It is also home to the University of Nottingham’s School of Nursing and Medical School. Nottingham City Hospital is our planned care site, where our cancer centre, heart centre and stroke services are based, and where some of our emergency admissions units are located. Ropewalk House is where we provide a range of outpatient services, including hearing services.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Data entry onto CF Registry from encounter forms and annual reviews.
- Clinical typing, use of medical office to produce letters and documents.
- Using Medway or other patient systems to add patient referrals and arrange clinic appointments for new and follow-up patients and outcome appointments after clinic.
- Scanning of documents onto patient record.
- Taking prescriptions to pharmacy.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- PAS, Notis, Medway, Winscribe, CRIS
