Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent located in Warrington,UK.

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage any quotes relating to billable repairs as well as indicative quotes and ensure they are processed in a timely manner, efficiently
- Ensure any requests from repair engineers are processed within 4 working hours on receipt of notification; Liaise with repair engineers to proactively communicate with customer delays, ensure customers are updated
- Ensure any requests from Call Centers are actioned in a timely manner and updated in Flex systems
- Liaise as necessary with Flex couriers to achieve targets, investigate missing/delayed deliveries, request proof of delivery
- Maintain ownership of issues and ensure if something is promised, it happens
- Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a dynamic and motivated atmosphere

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- GCSE qualification or equivalent
- Fluent English & advanced language skills in Spanish (preferably native speaker)
- Experience in working in a Customer Care role or similar fast-paced environment using written and verbal communication methods
- Strong initiative and passion for continuous improvements, thinking outside the box
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize and remain calm is important
- Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations
- Must be computer literate and have good keyboard accuracy with good Microsoft Office knowledge particularly Excel
- Eligible to work in the UK
