**SALARY**
- Basic salary of **£22,700**:

- Average Bonus monthly
- Average earners make **£200- £300 per month increasing your salary to £27,200**

**The Role as a Contact Centre Agent will include**
- As a **Contact Centre Agent**, you will be receiving calls from existing customer
- Providing general customer support
- As a **Contact Centre Agent**, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and any issues they are facing

**What we look for in a Contact Centre Agent **Friendly warm voice
- Eager to work and learn personality
- A confident individual
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

Pay: £22,700.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
