Sales Administrator

Due to the continued growth and expansion, we have a great opportunity with a valued client in the Clayton West area of Huddersfield.
We are looking for an Sales Administrator to assist with all administrative duties within the sales team of this Specialist Merchandise company.
We are looking to chat with individuals who are reliable and professional, focused on delivering excellent customer service and someone who is willing to undertake a variety of vital administrative tasks in a dynamic office environment.
If you are competent in prioritising tasks and working with little supervision, as well as being a team player and supporting their colleagues in a range of activities then we should chat.
**Main Responsibilities (not limited)**:
- Preparing customer quotations using Excel
- Assisting the Senior sales coordinators with the processing of new orders using SAGE50
- Fulfilling customer specific requirements, such as uploading relevant information to customer portals
- Daily contact with Couriers
- Chasing customers for approvals on samples, artwork, barcodes etc. and keeping the sales critical path updated
- Liaising with the warehouse and booking in deliveries with customers
- Liaising with suppliers
**Personal skills and Experience**:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
- Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, office administrator or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including making phone calls and liaising with clients.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A positive and resourceful attitude to work is imperative
- Administrative qualifications or similar will be advantageous
- Must be a strong team player
