The Council is supporting under represented communities in Market Harborough to be represented through Neighbourhood Planning by setting up a number of Neighbourhood Forums and delivering successful Neighbourhood Plans.

The Council is seeking to employ a highly motivated, experienced, proactive and enthusiastic person to work with, support and lead communities in Market Harborough as required to set up Neighbourhood Forums and work towards delivering Neighbourhood Planning for the Town.

There may be a requirement to attend eveing meetings and a full driving licience and use of a car is essential. Clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required for this post.

Desirable criteria from the person specification may be used for sifting purposes.
