**Job Title: Patient Coordinator (Head Office)**

**Job Summary**:
As a Patient Coordinator based at our head office, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, appointments, and customer relationships remotely. Working closely with our dental clinics, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new patient leads, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the appointment scheduling process. Your role will involve utilizing our CRM system to track leads, coordinate with clinic staff, and optimize our patient acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Engage with prospective patients to understand their dental needs, answer questions, and provide information about our services and clinics.

3. Use persuasive communication techniques to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments, highlighting the benefits of our clinics and services.

4. Manage and update our CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads, interactions, and appointment scheduling.

5. Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate appointment availability, ensuring efficient scheduling and utilization of clinic resources.

6. Follow up with leads at various stages of the conversion process to maintain engagement and address any concerns or objections.

8. Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall patient acquisition effectiveness.

9. Provide training and support to clinic staff on CRM usage, lead management best practices, and patient coordination procedures.

10. Serve as a liaison between head office and clinic locations, facilitating communication and information sharing to support patient acquisition efforts.

11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in patient acquisition and CRM management.

12. Reply to google reviews and help generate referrals.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or patient coordination roles, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences

3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Technologically savvy, with proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

8. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care, with a focus on building long-term relationships.

9. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling patient inquiries and information.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
