Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit an experienced PA to join their well-established, friendly charity based in Lincoln.

Working as the PA to Chief Executive duties for this role will include.

General administration and secretarial duties

Diary management

Liaising with local PR and Marketing agency to manage in-house marketing.

Writing articles and dealing with some of the companies’ social media

Helping to organise events/visitors/shows (small part of the role)

Main point of contact for dealing with tenants’ issues

Arranging board meetings and taking minutes

In return you will be working within a kind and caring environment where your hard work and loyalty will be rewarded.

Hours of work - 30 per week, ideally over 5 days with potentially 3 days in the office and 2 days hybrid work.

Salary £21,681 (30 hours)

23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
