Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good attention to detail to join our Moveouts & Inspections Team in a busy Property Management Department.

The key responsibility of the role is communicating and managing the moveout process between Landlords and Tenants, alongside the management of the end of tenancy works with Contractors across the Philip James portfolio.

Another aspect is the management of the mid-term inspection process, and provide general support to the rest of the Property Management Department.
