**Full job description**
The Finnigan-McNeill Property Group is a small family property business that deals with property sourcing, property renovations and lettings management.

The company continues to grow year on year, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their job role in the near future or increase their working hours to full time employment.

**The key responsibilities of a Property Administrator include, but are not limited to**:
**GENERAL ADMINISTRATION**:

- Organising the diary for Rental viewing appointments.
- Undertaking any additional work if required, including a cross-over within the Lettings team and supporting the director.

**PROPERTY MANAGEMENT**:

- As and when required, assist the Lettings Manager in undertaking property inspections, conducting detailed photographic and written inventories.
- Accompanying viewings for potential tenants
- Supporting with end of tenancies procedures and liaising with tenants and landlords.

**LETTINGS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE**:

- Updating and maintaining property/landlord/tenant information on in house systems.
- Logging repairs/invoices onto inhouse systems
- Arranging and overseeing property maintenance issues and appointments until the works are fully completed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years of general administration
- Property Management/ lettings experience of 1 year preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Conducting interim property inspections and producing reports.
- Computer literate.
- Full clean UK driving license.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,720.00-£24,336.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
