Our unique products restore the neurological control of swallowing improving the quality of life in patients receiving the treatment.

We operate in a complex multi-currency group structure with employees in UK, USA, Germany and Austria. We are now entering a period of rapid growth as we will commercialise our product in US market and as a result, are now looking for a Quality Administrator to join our dedicated team.

**Compensation**: £21,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience

**Hours**: 08:30 - 16:30

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday

**Function**:
To provide administrative support mainly to Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Research & Development departments across Quality Management processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the administration of GreenLight Guru (GLG) eQMS system and liaison with GLG
- Responsible for the management and maintenance for Change control
- Non-conformances (NCMR and CAPA) initiation
- Customer complaint initiation
- Product incoming inspection (catheters only)
- Review and approval of inspection forms (incoming BS, outgoing packing checklists prior to product release)
- Support Base Station inspection, re-labelling and electrical safety testing
- Support dispatch of outgoing goods and materials
- General quality related activities at the discretion of line manager

**Essential Experience**:

- A degree, equivalent qualification in a science or engineering discipline or qualified by experience
- IT literate (including Microsoft office suite)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
