**Data Quality Administrator**
£22,000 - £26,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6B)
Manchester city centre. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and the office, you’ll be required to come into our Manchester office 1 day a week ideally every Wednesday (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)

We’re looking for a motivated Data Quality Administrator to join our CBS (Co-op business services) support services team. They’re responsible for managing the quality of our colleague and customer data to ensure its accurate enough to inform decisions and feed downstream processes and systems.

You’ll be part of the team that provide support to our people teams, finance and business leaders with the day to day management of headcount and assistance on projects, with requirements to use data whilst monitoring the overall quality of our data. If you can bring us the skills we need, we can offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience of working with all areas of the Co-op to drive more efficient uses of data.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide first line data support to people teams, finance and line managers to allow them to effectively manage their headcount
- Carry out analysis to identify and resolve data inaccuracies
- Manage data quality within systems to reduce system errors
- Support with projects as and when required
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with all areas of the business
- Monitor our data quality dashboard and identify new opportunities to proactively resolve data quality issues

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience of working with data, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A high level of attention to detail, with great organisational skills
- Strong relationship building skills; you can build relationships with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to influence others and the confidence to challenge when necessary to get the right results
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
