**WEX Europe Services is a leading provider of Fuel cards** operating across multiple European countries. We are a high volume, low margin business, reliant on improving the volume of sales to continue our revenue growth.
WEX is seeking a **Data Administrator **to support the ongoing development of our data reporting environment with specific focus on identifying and automating data feeds (with support of the Database Developers), monitoring and tracking data quality, supporting business reporting and deep dives as well as building and enhancing performance reporting for various business functions.
The role requires interaction with a wide range of stakeholders in a Europe wide workforce. Analysis, Insights and Reporting will be supported via our SQL Data Warehouse and Tableau but with tools such as UI Path to streamline existing processes and automate the extraction of data from core systems. Success in this role will come from attention to detail within data quality but also through gaining a firm understanding of business processes and flows across a wide range of systems.
Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics this role will be part of a team focused on ensuring that data is central to our decision-making processes and that accuracy and understanding. This will be driven through supporting the delivery of intuitive and insightful dashboards in line with adopted standards and structures within Tableau whilst also furthering the businesses own understanding and knowledge around our sales processes, effectiveness and customer base.
An active team involvement in all areas surrounding the flow and storage of data from internal and external sources working in partnership with the Business Change and Data Engineer teams will ensure that ongoing opportunities are captured within our warehouse structure.
**Experience and Skills Required**
- Numerate and able to present data flows and their benefits to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience of working with source data where reconciliation and data cleansing is necessary to ensure accuracy of reports
- Excellent communication skills to relay key findings and performance both via reports and verbally to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to summarise and contextualise high volumes of data - understand what it means to the business, what is valuable information to report on and what should be left out

- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboard reporting in tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau or similar product (Desirable)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining data quality reviews against existing data sources and identifying opportunities for streamlining of processes as well as further data opportunities
- Active support to the Data and Analytics team to ensure that data priorities mirror the reporting requirements of the business
- Further enhancing and developing customer attribute information through internal and external sources to ensure that trends and insights can be viewed through as many lens and links as possible
- Administer and track sales agent portfolios and performance supporting the commission and targeting process
- Partnering with the wider FP&A Team to review opportunities in areas relating to finance and strategy
- Be a team player within the wider Data Analytics department to ensure that best practices are shared and enhanced and that a strong working knowledge is maintained on all developments and datasets available
