**Main purpose**:
Under the direction of the Administrator Lead, you will provide the highest quality service and to ensure minimum unscheduled down time across all data administration tasks. Operating in a hi-tech, Financial Services business, you will be exposed to new and emerging technologies. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires an individual with both a diverse technical skill set and excellent communication skills.

Phillips & Cohen Associates are looking for a determined, industrious, committed, pro-active and punctual professional. This exciting opportunity within a fast moving and dynamic company will require an influential professional to be responsible for data preparation, reporting and manipulation. The role is to create and maintain an environment within which the processing of data and report production for all projects is delivered to agreed deadlines at the agreed quality standards. You'll be able to work on a hybrid basis between home and office.

**Overall Responsibilities/Key Tasks**:

- Analyzing data (Placement, Transaction and Maintenance files) from a variety of sources to identify and resolve exceptions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitoring systems and data activity.
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- General data administration of the collection system data.
- Escalating issues surrounding missing or incomplete data, either to relevant internal parties, or by liaising directly with external customers or agents
- Build and deploy systems per pre-defined specifications.
- Creation & support of system UI’s using Access / Excel.

**Experience**:

- Excellent IT skills are required, predominantly in the use Access and Excel within the Microsoft Office suite.
- SQL standard language beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of database theory.
- Knowledge of database design.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships.
- Willing to share techniques and skills with peers.
- Ability to make confident decisions, learn quickly and think logically.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
- You should also possess an analytical approach and have strong attention to detail.
