NJR Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Wholesaler, who are now seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Data Administrator to join their studio in Manchester to assist in the continued development of the business.

The Procurement Data Administrator is responsible for the integrity of the product data held on the Company systems. They will upload new product information, supplied by the Procurement and Studio teams, in a timely and accurate manner. They will also beresponsible for updating product information and will continually data cleanse the system as well as ensuring that the order process for branch and web teams is efficient.

**Duties include**:

- Analysing sales data to forecast re-orders
- Raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Compiling sell through reports and liaising with the Product Manager on new range plan proposal
- Work with Business Information team to review options on automated replenishment flow and enact as agreed
- Maintaining system information
- Mass and singularly upload price changes
- Ability to manage and contribute to data management based projects
- Liaises with key stakeholders (BI, Studio, Web Branch Operations etc) to ensure product data integrity
- Dealing with internal queries from colleagues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of the function and wider business
- Develops and nurtures excellent day to day relationships with suppliers
- Hold suppliers to account against agreed KPIs and escalate to the Procurement Manager (third party) where appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Need to be logical, numerate, accurate & a problem solver
- Strong administrative background
- Supply chain knowledge is desirable but no essential
- Excellent telephone manner, and you must be polite, friendly and enthusiastic
- Maintain strong communication links with vendors
- Must be diligent as attention to detail is key
- Must be a team player and also have the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft Office Packages
- Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP & Pivot tables
- Must be able to communicate well with customers, suppliers and colleagues both verbally and written
- Ability to be resourceful and a positive can do attitude
- Hard working and flexible with the ability to multi-task
