Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Company Overview:
Agility Resourcing is a leading provider of recruitment services, specialising in FMCG industry. Our client, a well-established FMCG organisation, is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team in Manchester City Centre.

Job Description:
This is a flexible permanent role that involves working with suppliers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier set up and maintenance
- Processing of supplier transactions
- Statement reconciliations
- Collection, matching and processing of required paperwork
- Preparation of payment runs
- Accessing supplier portals to download reports and data
- Interaction and support for internal buyers
- Suppliers administration and filing
- Dealing with supplier queries via email and on the telephone

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills

About Agility Resourcing:

- Salary: £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
