Offering a pay of up to £24,000 pa, our Swindon-based client is looking to hire a full-time, office-based Office Administrator to add to their growing team.
**Responsibilities as Office Administrator will include**:
- Orchestrate day-to-day business administration tasks needed by the team
- General day-to-day office duties
- Maintaining detailed excel spreadsheets
- Making and receiving of telephone calls
- Inputting orders
- Liaising with the company’s sales team and their customers
- Assisting with credit control
- Involvement in special projects when needed

- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- A full driving license (beneficial)
**The role itself**:
Our client is offering up to £24,000 pa with benefits. These benefits include; a Co pension, 20 + days holiday allowance
- rising to 22 after 2 years with the company and to 25 after 5 years.
