Administration Assistant/receptionist

Debron Fabrication Limited provides all aspects of steel fabrication, profiling and pipework for domestic, commercial and industrial clients in & around Liverpool.
We are looking to hire an experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist for our busy office in Widnes.
**General Duties**:
- Create job sheets and job packs
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Manage supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing

This position is initially a part-time role, the hours are 12:00pm - 4:30pm but the job will eventually become full time.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
