**Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner**

As an HR / Insurance Administrator you will support the HR & Legal Team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business regarding all HR-related & Insurance administrative tasks.

This role has a wide remit and is an important support role to the business. Effective administrative support is vital to the smooth running of the two departments.

**Human Resources**
- Bringing efficient administrative assistance to the HR department and delivering HR services to the highest possible standard.
- Assisting in a range of HR processes, including recruitment and selection, pre-employment checks, on-boarding, off-boarding and administrating staff changes
- Responding to and redirecting, as appropriate, day-to-day HR queries
- Assisting with the efficient delivery of our payroll and pension processes
- Assisting with setting up new employee records and facilitating the smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
- Keeping records and offering administrative support to HR meetings
- Ensuring the appropriate handling and security of employee personnel, sensitive and confidential information, upholding discretion always and ensuring that employee data is processed in line with relevant regulatory requirements
- Updating and maintaining accurate records within HR Management Systems
- Assisting with HR-related projects

**Insurance**
- Create insurance files on notification and receipt of new claims for damaged equipment, product contaminations, motor accidents etc.
- Obtain correct copy documentation from the different departments to supports in the claim.
- Monitor and update the in-house insurance claims database, thus providing full traceability on all insurance claims.
- Ensure that the cost data is accurate for the monthly management board and depot reports
- General administration duties.
