- Where applicable, support and oversee the planning, logistics and delivery of the project by the local Consulting Support Team.
- Be the primary operational contact point for the client during set up. This may continue throughout a project, dependent on client needs.

**Financial Management**:

- Work with the Head of Global PMO and Sales on the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and all relevant costs are explicitly documented.
- Oversee the correct set up and recording of projects in OpenAir, ensuring all users are added, client details, invoicing, purchase orders, revenue recognition and costs are correctly detailed for project performance analysis and any cross charging between regions.
- Under the guidance of the Head of Consulting PMO, liaise with local Finance teams and Legal to ensure that invoicing arrangements for global projects are set up taking into consideration local taxes and charges.
- Promote and, where possible, integrate the use of OpenAir invoicing globally.
