**What’s the role?**
Our new Programme Delivery Team sits at the heart of the company growth plans by designing, developing and delivering a portfolio of Transformational projects across the business. The PMO Specialist plays a vital role in this through developing and maintaining a PMO framework with standard operating procedures whilst working with Delivery Managers and the wider business stakeholders to ensure these standards are adhered to and the schedules are of the appropriate level to drive successful delivery.

Day to day you’ll:

- Support the Head of Programme Delivery & Programme Delivery Lead in preparing reporting across Transformational Programmes in preparation of Programme Board
- Develop, enhance and maintain data visualisations and reporting to key governance groups on the performance of Transformational and Operational projects including risks, issues, resource management, benefits realisation and optimisation opportunities.
- Design and implement our Operational Project governance framework and ensure updates are complete as per cadence of appropriate review forums
- Lead the Programme Delivery Team and wider Insights Change Community through the Monday․com ‍setup process as our core change management tool - implementation, automation, configuration and training.

What you’ll bring:

- Extensive PMO experience and knowledge along with an understanding of strong PMO practice to help shape governance across the organisation
- Project and Programme reporting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Recognise risk in day-to-day processes, draws out the key issues and suggests ideas for continuous improvement.
- A creative mindset with the ability to see how the small details fit into the big picture.
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
