- The Integration Project Specialist is responsible for leading and executing key integration projects. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across global operations, finance, technology, and other teams delivering best in class project management and process improvement. You will formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects utilizing project/program management techniques and methods.
- How you will make a difference:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Organize detailed project plan to track and report progress
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Deliver high quality, on time, and on budget projects
- Effective client and stakeholder management including the ability to manage and communicate project results.
- Drive effective change management and establish comprehensive deployment strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple groups are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

- Proven track record of delivering business critical programs by devising appropriate project plans, providing relevant analysis, and effective stakeholder management.
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management and the ability to influence outcomes within formal and informal reporting structures
- Proven relationship building skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Track record of successfully balancing competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- International business experience preferred
