ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsibility for technical saving performance and our technical initiative pipeline within a defined set of customers.
- Champion and coordinate the delivery of both engineered product, and process improvement projects that maximize the value created by ERIKS for our largest customers.
- Ensure that the appropriate elements of our value-added resource is directed to support our Strategic and Key contract customers, in line with their expectation and needs.
- Influence the focus and prioritisation of our technical resource, Application Engineers, Product Manager or Partner Suppliers, through visibility of contractual targets and performance tracking.
- Follow structured processes, for engagement, identification, monitoring and delivery of projects.
- Project manage technical initiatives and maintain accurate records of technical saving performance and completed projects, including customer sign-on and sign-off.
- Interact with customers, at all levels, to develop clear insight (data driven) into areas of need and have the mandate to call upon a plethora of resources in pursuit of delivering recognised value to customers.
- Contribute towards the renegotiation and renewal of contracts. Proactively provide information relating to successful projects (case studies / customer communications) and/or technical delivery to support the ERIKS Value proposition, ensuring we are positively placed for future renewal or tender activities.
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration and site access to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Focus on improving the environment and flow of value to ERIKS larger customers.

ABOUT YOU
- General knowledge of the UK Industrial MRO market required.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong technical background with a penchant for sales.
- Confident and clear communication style
- written, presentation and able to communicate succinctly to all levels of customer and internal.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade others.
- Able to understand targets and dissect and develop plans to deliver.
- Close attention to detail and follow a right first-time approach.
- Above average knowledge of using Microsoft programs
- excel, word, powerpoint etc.
