**PMO Administrator**

Are you passionate about project management and excel in administrative tasks? We are currently seeking a proactive and organized PMO Administrator to join our dynamic Residency practice, which is focused on deliverable-based project activities for the UK public sector.

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with both clients and consultants, ensuring that all project deliverables are meticulously managed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and consultants on a daily basis to oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Generate and maintain detailed project reports, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Liaise with our Finance department to monitor and support invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients by maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Experience in a PMO or project support role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
