**JOB PURPOSE**

To provide a highly organised and efficient personalised administrative support to the CEO and Group Senior Management. Responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, coordinating travel, running errands, and managing correspondence. Supporting Group HR Advisor with ad hoc duties.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring all important events and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries for the CEO and Group Senior Management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research on behalf of the CEO and provide summaries and recommendations as necessary.
- Run errands and complete other ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
- Organise and manage personal and professional events for the CEO.
- To have responsibility for administration, including communication with appropriate personnel and implementing decisions taken on Group vehicle fleet.
- Macclesfield office management
- Basic reception duties such as answering phone and dealing with couriers
- Ordering office stationery and kitchen consumables
- Meet and greet visitors
- Key point of contact for direct suppliers e.g. phone system, cleaners, landlord.
- Arrange business lunches as and when required.
- Supporting the Group HR Advisor with administrative support.
- Health and Safety
- support Group business health and safety representatives with administrative support.
- Manage and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met and important tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Taking responsibility for contributing to own training and development.
- Responsible for their own Health and Safety.
- Any other duties as and when required.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
